Cancellation Policy

If you do not give sufficient notice, the consultation fee will be nonrefundable. 2. **Rescheduling:** - If you wish to reschedule your appointment, we will do our best to accommodate your request based on availability. 3. **No-Shows:** - If you fail to attend your scheduled appointment without prior notice, you will be marked as a “no-show.” This will result in the cancellation of your appointment, and retention of the consultation fee, and may affect your ability to schedule future appointments. 4. **Other Circumstances:** - We understand that emergencies and unavoidable situations may arise. In such cases, please contact us as soon as possible to discuss your situation and explore potential alternatives. 5. **Communication:** - To cancel or reschedule your appointment, please refer to the booking confirmation email. This policy is designed to ensure fairness to both our valued clients and our business. By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to adhere to this cancellation policy.
